The DARP flow

Full inventory of vCenter: datacenters, clusters, hosts, datastores, networking, and VMs — plus optional vSAN deep collection, NSX topology, and agentless OS-layer discovery inside Windows and Linux guests.
02 — A
Analysis
Hardware validation against VMware's Broadcom Compatibility Guide and the vSAN HCL, with per-ESXi-release verdicts. Firmware read out-of-band from iLO / iDRAC / BMCs for a more reliable source of truth. Build numbers checked against Broadcom's interop and prerequisite matrix.

Recommendation
Every site scored — ready / caution / blocked / not-applicable — against the VMware modernization workstreams, with blockers and prerequisites spelled out.
